🚗 Delivery Area

We deliver within a 10-mile radius of Pensacola, FL.

🕐 Delivery Hours

Daily: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Orders placed before 9:30 PM will be delivered same day
  • Orders placed after 9:30 PM will be delivered the following day
  • We deliver 7 days a week

📋 How It Works

Step 1: Place Your Order

Browse our collections and add items to your cart. Complete checkout with your delivery address and contact information.

Step 2: Confirmation Call (5:00 PM)

We'll call you at 5:00 PM to confirm your order and estimated delivery time within our 5-10 PM window.

Step 3: Delivery & ID Verification

Our driver will arrive at your location during the confirmed time window. You must present a valid, government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order.

For all tobacco and vape products:

  • Valid government-issued photo ID required
  • ID must match the name on the order
  • ID must be presented physically to the driver
  • No ID = No delivery

Failed Delivery Fee: A $20 restocking fee applies if delivery fails due to:

  • No valid ID presented
  • Recipient not 21+
  • Refusal to accept order

Local Delivery Only

Charlie's Midway Market operates exclusively as a local delivery service. We do NOT ship tobacco or vape products via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any common carrier. All deliveries are performed by our private fleet.

Standard delivery fees apply based on distance. Fees will be calculated at checkout.
